Participants work with:

  • Tuckman’s model of team development – understanding how teams move through Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing, and how leadership needs to shift in each phase
  • Stakeholder Mapping – identifying key stakeholders, assessing their level of influence and interest, and preparing a more effective communication strategy
  • SCARF model – adapting leadership and communication by understanding how people respond to Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness
  • Action Learning – working with real challenges and cases from participants’ own context, so learning becomes immediately relevant and usable
