Team Coaching

When a team does not need to become better, but needs to become a team.

Why this program?

Teams rarely break down in the meeting itself. They break down in the hallway, in email threads, and in silence.

People do not always say that something is off, but you can feel it in the room.

You may have capable individuals, but the team as a whole is not working the way it could.

Team coaching creates space for the conversations that usually stay buried. The tensions no one names. The differences people keep stepping around. The misunderstandings that quietly drain energy, time, and results.

This is not about surface-level bonding, forced positivity, or collecting one more model.

This is a guided process where the team faces what is actually happening and agrees on how to move forward together.

Not in theory. In reality. Through what is already present in the team.

Who is it for?

This program is designed for teams that:

  • are going through a new structure, a new leader, or new team members
  • feel tension, silence, distance, or too much “polite culture”
  • want to define or refresh shared values and strengthen results
  • want more trust, healthier relationships, and clearer agreements
  • know they are capable of more, but are not getting there together

What does it look like?

Duration: most commonly one full-day session (8 hours)

Format: in person or online

Group size: up to 12 team members plus the leader

Working style: facilitation, coaching, interactive exercises, and practical tools

Before the session: a conversation with the leader and a short insight into the team dynamic

We work with what is real.

The things everyone already senses are there, but that rarely get addressed directly.

What will your team learn?

How to agree on rules that apply to everyone

How to talk about difficult topics without defensiveness or drama

How to build trust through honesty, not performance

How to understand different working and communication styles

How to stop avoiding conflict and start resolving it constructively

How to take shared responsibility for the atmosphere, agreements, and results

What do you get?

Professionally facilitated team coaching sessions led by someone who understands both business and human dynamics

Practical tools for communication, alignment, conflict resolution, and decision-making

Psychometric tools such as PDA, if you want a deeper view of team dynamics

A written summary of the process, with clear recommendations for next steps

A space where the team does not get stuck in comfort, but moves forward

What can you expect?

Less quiet frustration, more open clarity

More trust, presence, and willingness to collaborate

More alignment around what this team is and how it wants to function

A leader who guides the process without carrying everything alone

A team that knows it is not perfect, but is ready to work better together

A team more focused on results, without losing the human side of work

Who leads the process?

Vanja Pauljičić is a certified team coach, NLP trainer, PCM trainer, and someone who led teams long before he started coaching them.

With more than 10 years of leadership experience, over 1,000 hours of work with teams, and a strong instinct for where things get stuck, Vanja does not enter the room to fix people. He enters to strengthen the team.

The work is focused on what already exists inside the team, but is not yet functioning the way it could.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this coaching or training?

This is team coaching. The focus is not on delivering new knowledge, but on facilitating real conversations, real clarity, and real agreements within the team.

What if the team does not want to open up?

That is exactly why the coaching approach matters. Nothing is forced. The process is designed to create enough safety and honesty for people to actually speak.

Can it be done online?

Yes. Personally, I usually recommend in-person work when possible because it brings a different level of energy and connection. Still, online can work very well when the team is engaged.

How long does it take?

Most often, one day (8 hours). It can also be delivered as a series of sessions, depending on the goals and the context.

Can it be combined with training?

Absolutely. Team coaching often works very well as a lead-in or complement to training programs such as communication, leadership, or feedback, especially when the team first needs space to address what is happening beneath the surface.
