PCM Pro for Companies is the next step in the PCM journey, designed for teams and leaders who already know the basics and now want to become truly skilled in applying the model in real business situations, with real people, and real challenges.

This is not just another step forward.

It is a serious shift toward a team that does not only communicate better, but knows how to recognize, interrupt, and transform stress, drops in motivation, and destructive patterns before they escalate.

The training is based on Process Communication Model®, a model also used by NASA to select and support crews working under extreme pressure. If it works in space, it can work in your company too.

What does it look like?

  • Participants come in with prior knowledge, and we go deeper from the start.We work with secondary and tertiary personality types and explore how they behave under stress.

    We practice with real team situations and analyze them through PCM.

    We connect communication, motivation, and stress with leadership, decision-making, and team resilience.

    Duration: 2 days

    Group size: limited, to keep the work intensive, practical, and applicable

    An optional team report (version 2) can be included to provide additional insight into group dynamics, strengths, and development areas.
