1:1 coaching with Vanja Pauljičić, certified coach trained under the standards of Erickson Coaching International, is a process where you do not get ready-made answers. You arrive at your own.

And no, this is not the kind of coaching where someone just nods while you talk.

This is work through questions that challenge your current perspective, interrupt autopilot, and help create movement.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching. The focus is on awareness, clarity, responsibility, and movement forward.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. It is enough to know that something is not clear, stuck, or ready to shift. We work from there.

How many sessions do I need?

The minimum package is 3 sessions, because meaningful work usually needs continuity. Some people need a short focused process, others stay longer depending on the topic.

Is this more supportive or more challenging?

Both, but not in a soft or passive way. The space is supportive, while the questions are designed to challenge привычne patterns and open something new.

Can this be about business and personal topics?

Yes. In practice, those two are often more connected than people like to admit.
